Long Donor Profiles: $10
All long profiles viewed in our medical offices continue to be free-of-charge.
Long profiles are typically 10-15 pages in length and are available for all donors. They are handwritten by each donor, and include three generations of family madical and genetic history, professional and personal aspirations, interests, personality characteristics, and why he chose to become a donor.

Donor Baby Photos: $15
Photo files of selected donors each contain one or more images in color or black and white. Image quality will vary depending on the original photo(s) supplied by the donor.

Donor Adult Photos: $15
Photo files of selected donors each contain one high-quality, current color image.

Donor Full-Face Video Interviews: $20
These streaming video interviews of selected donors offer special insights that no other medium can provide. PRS is the only sperm bank to provide video interviews.

Donor Audio Interviews: $15
These 15 to 20 minute CDs of selected donors reveal each donor's thoughts and opinions on a wide variety of topics, from his personal values and relationships with his family and friends, to his career goals and hopes for donor-conceived offspring.
